Melting Whisk was founded in 2022 by Ash, whose journey into chocolate-making began during the COVID lockdown. What started as an experiment—crafting truffles for his wife—quickly turned into a passion. The more he explored and refined his techniques, the more creativity and success he found.
Today, every chocolate is handcrafted in his home kitchen in Dawlish, staying true to a simple philosophy: no preservatives, no alcohol—just pure, full-bodied flavor. Each creation is designed to taste exactly as described, with no artificial aftertaste—because at Melting Whisk, every chocolate is a dessert in every bite.
